新型职业农民胜任力模型的构建

Competency Model Construction for New Type Professional Farmers

为了对农民职业分化选择及职业农民针对性培训提供参考,在相关文献研究的基础上,通过行为事件访谈法获得职业农民的胜任特征,采用因子分析法构建职业农民胜任力概念模型,并通过德尔菲法对一级指标和二级指标进行赋权。结果表明:职业农民胜任力模型包含人际公关特征、职业认同特征、农业知识技能特征、个性心理特征、创业创新特征和学习发展特征6个一级指标,二级指标共包括19个胜任因子。

In order to provide references for selection of farmers＇ vocational differentiation and specific training of professional farmers, on the basis of related literature study and through the behavioral event interview method, professional farmers＇ competence characteristics were obtained. The factor analysis was used to construct the concept model of professional farmers＇ competence and the first level indicators and secondary indicators were empowered through the Delphi method. Results：Professional farmer competency model contains six first level indicators, including interpersonal relations characteristics, professional identity, agriculture knowledge and skills, personality psychological characteristics, entrepreneurial innovation and learning development characteristics and 19 secondary indexes.
