人工饲料含水量及用量对二化螟生长发育的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为提高二化螟人工饲养效率,满足试验需求,在前期饲养二化螟的基础上,采用等差优化法对二化螟人工饲料含水量及饲料用量进行优化。结果表明:增加低龄幼虫饲料的含水量,二化螟的化蛹率和蛹重随饲料含水量的升高呈不同程度的增加,含水量84.8%(较对照增加3.3%)时,其化蛹率和雌蛹重分别比对照提高3.7%和4.3mg;降低高龄幼虫饲料的含水量,二化螟的化蛹率和蛹重随饲料含水量的降低而增加,含水量79.3%(较对照减少2.2%)时,其化蛹率、雌蛹和雄蛹重分别比对照提高9.9%、3.5 mg和1.7mg。二化螟化蛹率随饲料用量的增加而提高,饲料用量为179.0g时化蛹率最高,达63.1%,雌蛹和雄蛹重分别为66.2mg和48.7mg。利用优化配方饲养二化螟能够更好地完成室内规模化和连续饲养二化螟。 To improve the efficiency of C.suppressalis rearing in laboratoty and satisfy the requirement of experiments,based on the preliminary work in the laboratory,the authors used arithmetic method to simplify and improve the rearing technique of moisture content and quantity in the artificial diet of C.suppressalis.The results showed that pupation rate and pupal weight were significantly increased with increasing moisture content in the artificial diet when C.suppressalis was young.In the treatment 84.8%moisture content in the artificial diet(water content increased by 3.3%)when C.suppressalis was young,pupation rate and female pupal weight improved the 3.7%and 4.3mg respectively than CK.But pupation rate and pupal weight were significantly reduced with increasing moisture content in the artificial diet when C.suppressalis was higher instar larvae.In the treatment 79.3% moisture content in the artificial diet(water content reduced by 2.2%)when C.suppressalis was higher instar,pupation rate,female and male pupal weight improved the 9.9%,3.5mg and 1.7mg respectively than CK.In addition,the pupation rate and pupal weight were significantly increased with increasing the quantity of artificial diet.When the height of the artificial diet was 179.0g,pupation rate was 63.1%,female and male pupal weight were66.2mg and 48.7mg respectively.Use this method can rear C.suppressalis in the laboratory for mass production and successive generation.
