Quality Monitoring and Assessments of Living Area Environment in Some Beijing Livestock Farms

摘要 为北京市畜禽健康养殖环境预警、畜禽产品质量安全相关政策的制定提供参考,于2015年对北京市通州、房山、大兴、延庆、昌平、密云、怀柔、顺义和平谷9个区(县)36个畜禽场舍区环境和畜禽饮用水质量进行测定,采用单项污染指标和综合污染指标结合的方法进行评价。结果表明:影响畜禽场舍区环境质量的主要单项污染指标是温度、照度、恶臭和细菌总数,影响畜禽饮用水质量的主要单项污染指标是细菌总数、总大肠菌群和硝酸盐;通过综合污染指标评价,有33.3%的畜禽场舍区环境和19.4%的畜禽饮用水质量不合格。 To provide references for policy formulation related to living area environment early warning and the quality safety of animal products,the qualities of living area environment and livestock drinking waters for 36 livestock farms in 9districts of Beijing,including Tongzhou,Fangshan,Daxing,Yanqing,Changping,Miyun,Huairou and Pinggu,were investigated in 2015.The qualities were assessed by single pollution index and comprehensive pollution index methods.Results:The major single pollution indexes for influencing living area environment for livestock farms were temperature,illumination intensity,odor and total number of bacteria.The major single pollution indexes for influencing livestock drinking waters were total number of bacteria,total coliform group and nitrate.33.3% living area environment for livestock farms and 19.4% livestock drinking waters were unqualified by comprehensive pollution index method.
