摘要
为提升北京市食品质量安全监管水平,保障北京市食品质量安全,基于北京市食品药品监督管理局公布的食品抽检信息,将收集到的数据进行统计分析,探讨北京市食品质量安全现状及存在的问题,针对不合格食品的风险项目、来源地等进行分析,提出结合当地实际情况的分级分类监管、信息公开等对策与建议。
The food safety sampling information published by Beijing Food and Drug Administration was analyzed statistically to improve the supervision level,so as to ensure the food quality and safety in Beijing.The present situation and problems of food quality and safety supervision were explored depending on the items and producing areas of substandard food,then upgrading food quality and safety supervision level of countermeasures was put forward based on the actual situation.The countermeasures include grading and classifying regulation,information disclosure and other measures were proposed as well.
