表面增强拉曼光谱检测单根有色纤维中染料的探究 被引量:5

摘要 利用表面增强拉曼光谱对有色纤维中染料进行表征,研究该方法对单根有色纤维上染料的检测能力。方法:将制备好的纳米银溶胶直接滴加在有色纤维表面,采用InVia激光显微共聚焦拉曼光谱仪在785nm激发波长,50倍物镜条件下,对分散红17染色的单根棉纤维进行拉曼光谱表征。结果:通过对分散红17染色的单根棉纤维进行检测,可以发现,表面增强拉曼光谱可以检测出纤维中的分散红17染料。结论:表面增强拉曼光谱在检测单根有色纤维中染料方面具有潜在的应用前景。 The single cotton fiber dyed by disperse red 17 was characterized and analyzed by an InVia Raman microscope, using a 785nm excitation wavelengh and a 50x object lens. The results showed that the SERS method could be used for verifying the colored fibers.
