互联网等媒介正全面影响着公民的生活、工作和学习,它对大众尤其是年轻一代意识形态及核心价值观念的形成起着极其深刻的作用。现代公民必须具备一定的媒介素养,能够正确认知、运用媒介,客观评估媒体信息,不断地吸收积极因素,防止不良文化的侵蚀,以达到自主参与社会、推动社会主义核心价值观念的建构和传播的目的。

Internet media era, appearing in civic life, work and study and every domains with an extremely rapid pace, has a very important influence on the core values formation to the public especially young generation. Modern citizen must possess certain media literacy to help them getting correct cognition, objectively using and evaluating media information, so as to absorb its positive factors constantly, prevent bad influence. All of these help reaching the purpose of participating in social, and promoting the spread and the construction of socialist core values.
