基于门户网站调研的公共图书馆利用社会力量现状分析——以我国省级公共图书馆为例

Research on the Utilization of Social Forces of Public Libraries Based on the Survey of Library Portal Websites——Taking Provincial Public Libraries as an Example

通过对35所省级公共图书馆的门户网站进行调研,了解我国公共图书馆利用社会力量的水平和质量。对数据统计和相关实践的分析发现,我国公共图书馆利用社会力量尚存在以下不足:图书馆社会力量栏目命名不统一、归类分散,规章制度不完善,网站质量参差不齐和社会力量利用程度不一等。针对这些问题提出相关建议,以期推动我国公共图书馆更好地利用社会力量。

To understand the level and quality of utilization of social forces of public libraries in China, this article conducts a survey on 35 portal websites of provincial public libraries. Through analyzing the statistical data and relevant practices, it finds out that the problems of public libraries while utilizing social forces in China are as follows： the columns of social forces are of different titles, the collation of social forces columns is dispersing, the regulation system is not perfect, the quality of these sites varies considerably, the social forces are utilized with varying degrees and so on. At last, it puts forward corresponding suggestions in order to promote the smooth development of the public libraries while utilizing social forces.
