文献学视阈下的契约文书整理及厘定相关问题指瑕

Problems of Arrangement and Regulation of Contract Documents under the Perspective of Philology

为促进契约文书这一非物质文化遗产的抢救、保护,增强使用便捷性、拓展研究范围、提高文献学价值,根据契约文书史料的文献属性,对已出版的契约文书在材料收录、目录编排、题名内容及体例校订等方面进行了梳理,针对存在的具体缺漏提出了意见和建议,并给出了现成的参考模板及范式。

In order to save and protect the contract documents which is one of the cultural relics, and to enhance the convenience of search, expand the range of research and improve the value of philology, the article analyzes many problems including materials collection, cataloguing schedule and edit rules about contract documents that have been published. On the basis of the properties of contract documents＇ literature data, the feasible suggestions and opinions are put forward and a ready- made template for reference and paradigm are provided in accordance with the existing problems.
