创业型领导力对创业绩效的影响研究——以延边地区民营企业为例 被引量:2

摘要 通过利用探索性因子分析、信度检验以及相关分析,初步验证了创业型领导力对创业绩效的影响以及组织文化的调节作用,并通过回归分析验证了创业型领导力的四个维度,即缓冲不确定性、厘清路径、建立承诺和简明约束分别正向影响创业绩效中的财务绩效和成长绩效。因此,延边民营企业的创业型领导者必须要有清晰的创业思路和具有针对性的创业举措,寻求提高企业财务绩效和成长绩效的路径。延边民营企业要生存,必须建立一套有效的激励机制,广泛调动员工的积极性和创造性,同时必须重视和加强企业的组织文化建设,形成全体员工共同认可的价值观,强化民营企业的组织凝聚力。 The influence of entrepreneurial leadership on entrepreneurial performance and the moderating effect of organization culture were verified by using exploratory factor analysis, reliability test and correlation analysis in this paper. Furthermore, regression analysis was used to verify four dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership, namely, absorbing uncertainty, clarifying path, building commitment and simplifying constraints, which had positive effect on financial and growth performance. Therefore, entrepreneurial leaders in Yanbian area should have clear entrepreneurial mentality and targeted entrepreneurial measures to pursue financial and growth performance. To survive and develop, private enterprises in Yanbian area need to establish an effective incentive mechanism, mobilize initiative of employees, strengthen corporate culture, form a recognized value and improve corporate cohesion.
