棉/黏混纺产品定量分析化学方法的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 为了更好地对棉/黏混纺产品原料成分进行化学法准确定量分析,采用正交实验探讨了盐酸法的最佳定量参数,并比较了甲酸/氯化锌法、锌酸钠法、盐酸法三种方法的优缺点。结果表明盐酸法最佳定量参数:HCl浓度为37%、处理温度20℃、处理时间20min,棉纤维的质量修正系数d为1.02。另外甲酸/氯化锌法、锌酸纳法、盐酸法对于棉/黏混纺产品的定量准确度和稳定性均较好,测试人员可根据样品实际情况进行选择。 In order to obtain more accurate results in fiber content percentage of material for cotton/viscose mixtures, the orthogonal experiment was used to explore the best quantitative parameters of the hydrochloric acid method. The advantages and disadvanta- ges of the formic acid and zinc chloride method, sodium zineate method and hydrochloric acid method were compared. The results showed that the best quantitative parameters of the hydrochloric acid method as follows. HCl concentration was 37%, temperature was 20 ℃, time was 20 min, and the cotton fiber's quality correction coefficient d was 1.02. The quantitative accuracy and stability of the formic acid and zinc chloride method, sodium zincate method and hydrochloric acid method for cotton/viscose mixtures were good. The testers could choose according to the actual situation of the samples.
