摘要
现代远程继续教育的质量评价必须充分依据现代远程继续教育的基本特性,确立以促进学员的发展为鹄的评价主题,建构多元化的评价主客体关系,以自主学习能力为重点把准评价内容,采取多样化的评价方法确保评价科学,选择合适的评价手段实施有效评价,建立教育质量的诊断和预警机制延展评价功能,从而构建起适应实际需要的评价策略体系,确保评价活动的有序有效开展。
Abstract: The quality evaluation of modern distance continuing education should be based on its basic characteristics. We should establish an evaluation theme promoting learners' development, and construct a diversified host - guest relationship evaluation. The evaluation content should be focused on the self - learning ability. We should establish a diversified evaluation method to ensure the scien- tific evaluation and establish education quality diagnosis and early warning mechanisms to extend the evaluation function.
