摘要 本文采用固相法合成了有机-无机复合电解质聚四氟乙烯/Sn_(0.95)Ga_(0.05)P_2O_7。XRD、SEM结果表明Sn_(0.95)Ga_(0.05)P_2O_7和PTFE复合没有发生反应生成新物质。采用电化学工作站研究了在中温(50~250℃)范围样品的电性能。电导率测试表明气体气氛显著影响电导率:σ(wet O_2)<σ(wet N_2)<σ(dry N_2)<σ(dry O_2)。复合电解质在干燥氧气气氛中,175℃电导率达到最大值为:2.6×10^(-2)S·cm^(-1)。湿润氧气气氛下的水蒸气浓差电池说明质子导电性在复合电解质中存在。H_2/O_2燃料电池性能测试表明,在150℃下,最大输出功率密度为63 mW·cm^(-2)。 Firstly, the new organic-inorganic composite electrolyte Sn_(0.95)Ga_(0.05)P_2O_7/PTFE was prepared by a solid-state reaction method. The results of XRD and SEM show that there are only peaks corresponding well to Sn_(0.95)Ga_(0.05)P_2O_7 and PTFE, without any formation of other substances. The intermediate temperature conduction behavior were investigated by AC impedance spectroscopy in the temperature range of 50~ 250 ℃. The conductivities were remarkably influenced by the gas atmospheres: σ(wet O_2) σ(wet N_2) σ(dry N_2) σ(dry O_2). The highest conductivity 2.6×10^(-2)S · cm^(-1) is observed in dry O_2 at 175 ℃. It is found that the composite electrolyte exhibits the existence of protonic conduction when the oxygen partial pressure is high. The H_2/O_2 fuel cell using the composite electrolyte as electrolyte generates the maximum power density of 63 m W·cm^(-2)at 150 ℃.
