摘要
为了建立毛细管柱气相色谱法同时测定马拉硫磷和异丙威分析方法.使用带氢火焰离子化检测器的气相色谱仪,在HP-5毛细管柱上对试样中的马拉硫磷和异丙威进行气相色谱分离和测定.结果显示,马拉硫磷和异丙威的标准偏差为0.096和0.13,变异系数为0.63%和0.86%,平均添加回收率为99.56%和99.48%,线性相关系数分别为0.998 5和0.998 3.表明该方法的精密度和准确度满足定量分析的要求.
GC method was developed for the quantitative determination of malathion and isoprocarb. By using HP-5 capillary column and GC-FID, the specimen of malathion and isoprocarb were separated and determined by GC. The standard deviation of malathion and isoprocarb were 0.096 and 0.13, coefficient of variation 0.63% and 0.86%, average add recovery 99.56% and 99.48%, and linear correlation coefficients 0.998 5 and 0.998 3 respectively. The precision and accuracy of the method meets the requirement of quantitative analysis.
