Traffic Characteristics Analysis of Intersections on Two-Way Four Lane Left Turn Signal

对双向四车道信号交叉口,讨论了允可型左转和保护型左转的交通特性,重点分析了车头时距为爱尔朗分布、车辆泊松到达的情形下,允可型左转的车道的通行能力、运行质量等参数,如流量、延时、排队长度等,同时对保护型左转的交通特征及参数进行研究.文章的结果对双向四车道信号交叉口的渠化和信号控制设计以及对不同场景、不同交通需求、选择不同的左转类型,有一定的理论价值和参考意义.

For the two-way four lane at signalized intersections, the paper discusses the permissible type left and protected left turn traffic characteristics, focuses on analysis of permitted type left turn lane capacity, running quality parameters on the front distance of Erlang distribution, vehicle Poisson arrival, such as flow, delay, queue length, at the same time, the traffic characteristics and the parameters of the protection type left are studied. The results of this paper have a certain theoretical value and reference value for the design of the channel and signal control of the intersection of the four lanes, as well as the different scenarios, different traffic demands, and different types of left turns.
