摘要
基于国内外研究文献,介绍了新型介孔材料的制备、改性等有关内容。然后有针对性地介绍了以SBA-15为模板制备介孔材料的过程。使用一定浓度的重铬酸钾模拟工厂中排放的含铬废水,利用介孔分子筛进行吸附并拟合相应的等温吸附模型和动力学吸附模型。通过实验结果分析知道吸附剂对于重铬酸钾的吸附过程符合Frendrich等温吸附过程,吸附动力学分析得知符合准二级动力学吸附过程。
A new kind of mesoporous material was modified based on the research at home and abroad. It focused on synthesis process of new mesoporous material by hard template method. Potassium dichromate solution of some certain concentrations will be used to simulate the emission comes from chromium-containing wastewater plant. Mesoporous molecular sieve can adsorb potassium dichromate to get results for fitting isotherm model and dynamic adsorption model, correspondingly. The experimental results proved that adsorbents used to adsorb potassium dichromate fitted Frendrich adsorption isotherm well. The pseudo-second order kinetic can depict adsorption process clearly.
