真石漆的合成及性能检测

Synthesis and Performance Testing of True Stone Lacquer

以纯丙乳液、十二醇脂及相关助剂合成真石漆,并对真石漆作了性能检测。同时,分析了骨料、增稠剂、消泡剂等助剂的用量对真石漆的性能影响,从而给出了真石漆的最佳合成配方。结果表明,要想合成出理想的真石漆,缩短真石漆的干燥时间、提高其遮盖力、改善抗污能力等性能,必须严格控制各助剂的加入量。有时候为了提高其性能,需要两种及以上的同功能的助剂混合加入来调节其功能作用。

The real stone lacquer was analyzed adopting the pure acrylic emulsion, twelve alcohol ester and the related additives, and performance test was made. At the same time, the performance influence of the true stone lacquer was analyzed on the dosage of aggregate, thickening agent, defoaming agent and other additives, the optimal synthesis formula was given. The results showed that in order to synthesize ideal the true stone lacquer, shorten drying time, improve its hiding power, and improve the capability of anti pollution performance, the amount of the additive must be control strictly. Sometimes it was necessary to add two or more the same functional additives to regulate its function in order to improve its performance.
