摘要
为获得准确可靠的含氟混合炸药灰分测试结果,通过样品量和不同氟化合物考察了坩埚的质量变化以及引起变化的原因。结果表明,混合炸药中的氟聚合物对坩埚质量无影响,而氟化石墨引起的坩埚质量变化较大。炭化完全的样品在750~800℃的高温炉中灰化时,氟化石墨与坩埚中的二氧化硅发生反应,导致坩埚质量减少,灰分计算结果为负值。在进行含氟化石墨的混合炸药分析时,须采用铂坩埚或其它耐化学腐蚀的坩埚进行实验,获得更为准确的灰分测试结果。
In order to obtain accurate and reliable ash results of fluorine-containing mixed explosives, the quality change of crucible and the reason were studied by the sample amount and different fluoride compounds. The results showED that fluoropolymer in composite explosives had no effect on the quality of crucible. However, fluorographite would cause larger quality changes of the crucible. When the carbonized sample ashing in a high temperature furnace of 750 800 ~C, graphite fluoride would reacts with silica in crucible, its results in the crucible mass decline and the values of ash was a minus. Platinum crucible or other chemical-resistant crucible should be used during the experiment of composite explosives contained fluorinated graphite to obtain a more accurate value of ash.
