摘要 针对电力行业废弃六氟化硫提纯净化难题,本研究选择吸附提纯技术,根据六氟化硫气体组分特征、分离顺序与提纯净化需求,对活性氧化铝、硅胶、活性炭、分子筛等多种吸附剂进行比选研究,提出基于分子筛的多种吸附剂组合序列。结果表明,多种吸附剂组合序列经济合理,吸附提纯效果突出,适合电力行业六氟化硫气体回收提纯。 In order to solve the problem of purifying wasted sulfur hexafluoride in electric power industry, adsorbents such as activated alumina, silica gel, activated carbon and molecular sieve were compared according to composition features, separation sequence and purification requirements of sulfur hexafluoride, which was based on adsorption purification technology, and a composite sequence of adsorbents with molecular sieve was proposed. The experimental results showed that combination of adsorbents was economical, effective and applicable at purification of sulfur hexafluoride in electric power industry.
