表面增强拉曼光谱对水中重金属汞离子的检测 被引量:5

摘要 汞离子是水体中常见的污染重金属,其存在对水质和水应用产生严重的影响,因此开发快速有效的汞离子检测方法至关重要。本文利用巯基丙烷磺酸钠修饰银纳米表面增强拉曼基片,通过巯基与银纳米粒子和汞离子等的特异性结合的特点,检测基片表面拉曼光谱相对强度的变化,定量检测汞离子浓度。实验表明,在不存在铜离子和银离子等与巯基结合强的物质情况下,该表面修饰基片对汞离子有较好的检测效果,为检测水中汞离子浓度提供有效手段。 Mercury ions are common heavy metal pollutants in water, with serious impact on the water quality and water applications, so it is crucial to exploit a fast and effective method to detect mercuric ions. Surface-enhanced Raman substrates coating with silver nanoparticles was modified by sodium 2- mercaptoethanesulfonate through characteristic binding of thiol group to silver nanoparticles. Mercury ions concentration was detected quantitatively by measuring the changes of intensity of Raman spectroscopy on the surface of the substrates. The results indicated that this surface modified SERS substrate showed effective detection of mercury ions in the absence of copper ions and silver ions, which had strong interaction with thiol groups. It provided an effective means to detect the concentration of mercury ion in water.
