对不锈钢中B、Co、Nb元素含量用ICP-OES进行测定,通过试验挑选出B、Co、Nb元素的分析谱线;确立了不锈钢中B、Co、Nb元素最佳的分析方法和仪器分析条件;通过准确度和精密度实验,验证了该方法的可行性;该方法具有操作简便,结果准确,分析速度快等优点;用本方法测定B、Co、Nb的检出限分别为0.0003%、0.0001%、0.0003%。

The content of B, Co and Nb in Stainless Steels was studied by ICP-OES. The best analytical lines were chosen. The best analysis methods and instrument conditions were built. The methods were verified through accuracy and precision tests. The method was easy to operate, the result was accurate and the analysis speed was fast. The detection limits of B, Co and Nb were 0. 0003%, 0. 0001% and 0. 0003%, respectively.
