地方本科院校转型发展中存在的问题与建议

Existed Problems and Some Proposals on the Transformational Development of Local Universities in China

随着我国产业结构的转型升级,市场对人才的需求出现了变化,这要求高等教育实现与人才市场相适应的转型。地方本科院校因升本时间不长,实力较弱,在转型发展中遇到了不少问题。本文就地方本科院校转型发展中的一些问题进行了探讨,认为:教育主管部门应统筹规划,完善地方本科院校的专业设置,并对其人才培养质量进行测评;地方本科院校在专业设置时应实行投入产出核算,以降低办学成本,并改变教师的考核机制,使之与应用型人才培养的转型发展相适应。

With upgrading education to adapt to the transi the industrial structure, market demand for talents is changed, which requires higher tion of the labor market. Local universities implement undergraduate education time is short, it existed some problems in the development of transformation. Some problems in the development of local universities were discussed. It showed that education authorities should be co-ordinate planning, perfect local universities professional settings, and evaluate their quality of personnel training. To reduce the operating cost, local colleges should carry out input-output accounting in professional settings, and change teachers＇ evaluation mechanism, so as to adapt the development and transformation of the application of talent.
