摘要
2014年10月27日,衡水冀16井动水位观测数据出现阶变现象。经调查发现是由于当地屠宰场将泄流口排水处堵住,造成泄流管被水淹没,排水不畅,导致观测数据异常变化。对衡水井泄流管进行两次改造,彻底解决了排水不畅的问题,观测数据恢复正常。
On October 27^th, 2014, dynamic water level data of Hebeil6 well in Hengshui station ap- peared step change phenomenon. After investigation, anomaly was caused by slaughter house plugging discharge port of discharge pool with a brick, resulting in flooded for discharge tube and poor drainage. Sub-center modified discharge tube twice in Hengshui then solved problem of poor drainage, measured data has been restored to normal accordingly.
