阳离子施胶剂的合成研究

摘要 将无皂聚合技术引入施胶剂合成工艺,以苯乙烯、丙烯腈、甲基丙烯酸和二甲胺基乙酯为单体,HAc作为溶剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂合成阳离子预聚体。再以H2O2-Fe SO4为引发剂,进行氧化还原引发反应,得到土黄色近似于透明的油状阳离子施胶剂,其应用性能与德国贝壳公司的BK532产品相当。 The soap-free copolymerization technology is introduced into sizing agent synthesis process, with styrene, acrylonitrile and dimethylamino ethyl methacrylate as the monomer, glacial acetic acid as solvent, azodiisobutyronitrile as initiator, under common conditions polymerizationinto cationic polymers. Then with hydrogen peroxide ferrous sulfate as the initiator, the reaction of oxidation and reduction is carried out , and the soil yellow is similar to that of transparent oil cationic sizing agent, its application performance is simliar to that of the BK532 products of the German shell company.
