In the history of human civilization, Marx and Engels construct the theoretical logic from the value extension, the main body innovation to society progress, which is based on the historical materialism. Meanwhile,they consider innovation development of the society must attach to the improvement of the main body demand and the related value extension. In the process of the world socialist movenment, the communist pary of China people consciously put the value extension including value revolution and value improvement into the practice in the course of revolution, construction and reform, provide the mainstay innovation and the social progress with a powerful momentum, and deduce historical logic of the value extension and the main body innovation. In the new period of the whole transformation and upgrading, the development of China＇s reality logic urge we must correctly handle the relationship between the elite and the people, sharing development, so as to provide main body innovation and development, and establish the new value idea of shating and social progress with the new value guide.
