SHH蛋白在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

SHH protein expression in pancreatic cancer tissue and its clinical significance

目的:探讨胚胎发育信号通路蛋白SHH在胰腺癌组织及其临床意义。方法:用免疫组化法检测45例胰腺癌组织与30例胰腺良性病变组织中SHH的表达,并分析SHH表达与胰腺癌患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果:胰腺癌组织中的SHH蛋白阳性表达率明显高于胰腺良性病变组织(66.67%vs.0.00%,P<0.05)。胰腺癌组织中的SHH蛋白的阳性表达与是否患者的淋巴节转移、肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期明显有关(均P<0.05)。SHH表达阳性表达胰腺癌患者与SHH表达阴性患者的3年生存率及中位生存时间差异均无统计学意义(26.67%vs.20.00%;18.4个月vs.15.6个月,均P>0.05)。结论:SHH在胰腺癌组织中的阳性表达率增高,其阳性表达可能与患者的疾病进展有关,但与患者的远期预后关系尚不明确。

Objective： To investigate the expression of embryonic developmental signal pathway protein SHH in pancreatic cancer tissue and its clinical signiifcance. Methods： hTe SHH expression in 45 specimens of pancreatic cancer tissue and 30 specimens of pancreatic tissue with benign disease were detected by immunohistochemical staining, and the relations of SHH expression with the clinicopathologic factors and prognosis of the pancreatic cancer patients were analyzed. Results： hTe positive SHH expression rate in pancreatic cancer tissue was signiifcantly higher than that in pancreatic tissue with benign disease （66.67%vs. 0.00%,P〈0.05）. hTe positive SHH expression was signiifcantly associated with lymph node metastasis, degree of tumor differentiation and TNM stage of the patients （allP〈0.05）. There was no signiifcant difference in 3-year survival rate and median survival time between pancreatic cancer patients with positive and negative SHH expression （26.67%vs. 20.00%; 18.4 monthsvs. 15.6 months, bothP〉0.05）. Conclusion： hTe positive SHH expression rate is increased in pancreatic cancer tissue, and its positive expression may be associated with the disease progression of the patients, but whether it has a relationship with long-term prognosis is uncertain.
