焦化厂机车连锁装置的设计

摘要 该文针对炼焦生产中推焦车、拦焦车、熄焦车的炉号识别、焦车两两之间的数据通讯以及上位机的远程监控等问题进行研究,设计了一套简单有效的三大机车连锁装置。以工控机为上位机,PLC为下位机,利用RFID装置实现了焦车的炉号识别功能,并通过西门子HMI精简系列面板进行显示;通过无线数传电台实现三大焦车之间的数据传输功能;RFID装置、数传电台、HMI面板分别通过RS-485、RS-232以及PROFINET接口与PLC进行通信,并分别基于TIA Protal V11和Win CC开发了下位机控制程序和上位机监控软件,实现了三车连锁的远程监控以及炼焦生产中的数据记录存档等功能。 The oven-number identification problem of the coke pusher,coke barrier vehicle and quenching car,the problem of the data communication between each coke vehicle,and the problem of remote monitoring were studied,and a simple and effective interlocking device was designed in this paper. The entire device comprised IPC as a host computer and PLC as slave. The oven number identification function was realized by RFID device,and was displayed through the SIMATIC HMI simplifying series of panel. A digital transmitter-receiver was utilized to realize the data transmission be- tween the three coke vehicles. The RFID device,digital transmitter-receiver and the HMI panel respectively,via RS- 485,RS-232 and PROFINET interfaces communicate with the PLC. The control programs in the slave computer and the monitoring software in the upper computer were developed using TIA Protal Vll and WinCC. So the remote monitor of the three vehicles interlocking and the storage management of coke production data records were realized.
