摘要
针对电驱动机械式自动变速器(EMT)台架测试时电机反馈转速值波动较大的问题,该文研究了数字滤波技术的应用。首先进行测量试验,采集转速样本数据;然后在Matlab/Simulink中分别建立递推平均滤波器模型和巴特沃斯低通滤波器模型,并导入转速样本数据,离线分析数字滤波器类型和参数对滤波效果的影响,以滞后时间和消除毛刺效果为指标,通过对比仿真效果选取最优滤波方案;最后将滤波方案在可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)中编程实现,进行在线滤波试验,验证所设计滤波器的效果。
Aiming at the problem of volatile motor feedback speed in the EMT bench testing,the application of digital filtering technique was studied. Firstly,the measurement test was carried out and speed data was collected,and the models of recursion average filter and Butterworth low-pass filter were established respectively in Matlab/Simulink,and then the effect of filter types and parameters were offline analyzed. In order to select the optimal filtering algorithm, the lag time and the effect of removing burrs were taken as indexes. Finally,online filter test was carried out to ver- ify the filter effect after realizing the optimal filtering algorithm in PLC.
