摘要
[目的]开发出可帮助吸烟者抑制烟瘾、减轻戒断反应的戒烟食品,从而达到戒烟效果。[方法]通过添加中药材开发出系列戒烟食品,研究原料药重量配比和戒烟食品的加工方法。[结果]干预试验表明,使用该试验配方制得的糕点和饼干有助于增加尼古丁戒断率,改善戒断感受,复吸率低,且不良反应较轻、安全性较高。[结论]研究可为中药材应用于戒烟食品的开发提供参考。
[Objective] The aim was to develop smoking cessation food for relieving withdrawal reaction.[Method] By adding traditional Chi-nese medicine to develop a series of smoking cessation food, the weight ratio of raw materials and the processing methods of smoking cessation food were studied.[ Result] The obtained cakes and biscuits help increase the nicotine withdrawal rate, improve the withdrawal experience, reduce relapse rate, the adverse reaction is light, security is high.[ Conclusion] The study can provide reference for application of traditional Chinese medicine in development of smoking cessation food.
