基于乡土知识的采煤塌陷区生态改造项目实施后效益评价——以江苏省沛县为例

Benefit Evaluation on Ecological Renovation in the Coal-mining Subsided Area Based on Indigenous Knowledge— A Case of Pei County in Jiangsu Province

笔者基于乡土知识对采煤塌陷区生态改造项目进行效益评价,研究其评价的内容、评价的指标体系与评价方法。研究采用了深度访谈法、李克特量表法、模糊综合评价法,对采煤塌陷区生态改造项目的效益评价应从生态、社会、经济3个方面展开;基于乡土知识的效益评价与使用常规方法进行评价在评价角度、评价标准、评价结果等方面存在差异,并且基于乡土知识的评价结果更符合项目区的自然、社会、经济状况。研究结果表明,研究区域生态改造项目综合效益达到b级,与项目实施前相比有显著改观。

Benefit evaluation of ecological renovation in the coal-mining subsided area was carried out based on indigenous knowledge.The evaluation content, evaluation index system and evaluation method were researched.The in-depth interview, Likert-type scale and fuzzy com-prehensive evaluation method were adopted.Benefit evaluation of ecological renovation in the coal-mining subsided area should be carried out from three aspects of ecology, society and economy.Benefit evaluation based on indigenous knowledge had differences with the conventional method in the aspects of evaluation angle, evaluation standard and evaluation result.Evaluation results based on indigenous knowledge were more in line with the natural, social and economic conditions of the project area.It was concluded that the comprehensive benefit of the men-tioned area reached B level, and it was significantly improved than before.
