Drug-induced pemphigus

药物诱发性天疱疮是天疱疮的一种特殊类型,病情一般较轻微,口服诱发药物病情加重或复发,药物与发病过程有着确切的联系。目前报道的药物诱发性天疱疮病例越来越多,诱发药物种类也增多,主要分为巯基类药物和非巯基药物。现大多认为其发病机制与遗传和药物相关,药物发病机制主要体现在生化作用和免疫作用两个方面。临床表现不具特异性,与药物种类相关,主要表现为落叶型和寻常型。新的辅助诊断方法(体外γ-干扰素释放试验)的运用,为确定诱发药物提供重要的参考信息。32-2B免疫染色为药物诱发性天疱疮的诊断和预后提供有效价值。

Abstract： Drug-induced pemphigus is a special type of pemphigus. The disease is generally mild and will worsen or relapse after taking the culprit drug again. The drugs have been proved to play a definite role in the pathogenic progress. According to current reports, the number of DIP cases and the types of drugs are increas- ing, including thiol drugs and nonthiol drugs. Researchers consider that its pathogenesis relates to genes and the culprit drugs, and the culprit drug pathogenesis includes both biochemical and immunologic. The clinical manifestations are not specific, relating to the type of drug, and mainly show foliaceous variety and vulgaris variety. New auxiliary diagnostic method （in vitro interferon-gamma release test） has been used to determine the culprit drug and provided an important reference. 32-2B mucosal immunostaining provides important in- formation for the diagnosis and prognosis of drug-induced pemphigus.
