摘要
氰化渣中含有多种有价金属,但渣中有价金属的回收一直是黄金行业的难题。以山东某黄金企业的氰化渣为研究对象,通过分离浮选试验研究,确定了氰化渣中铜铅浮选回收的最佳工艺流程和药剂制度。最终闭路试验得到了铅品位66.48%、铅回收率89.91%的铅精矿和铜品位15.51%、铜回收率69.09%的铜精矿,实现了该氰化渣中铅铜的分离回收。
The tailings of gold ore after extracting contain a variety of valuable metals, but the recycle of valuable metals from cyanide tailings has many serious problems in practice. In this pape, separate and recovery of the copper and lead minerals from cyanide tailings,the cyanide tailings from a gold enterprise in Shandong has been used as the raw material. The laboratory experiments research has been conducted, and a better flowsheet chart and pharmacy system has been carried out. From the final closed-circuit test results, concentrate grade of lead is of 66. 48% and its recovery rate is 89. 91%; the concentrate grade of copper is 15. 51%, and its recovery rate is 69. 09%, which shows the successful separation and recycle of copper and lead.
