摘要
介绍了采用浮选法、炭浆法非氰提金工艺开发严家湾含砷难处理金矿资源的试验研究现状,并从产品方案、技术、经济以及管理等方面进行了设计提金工艺比较。结果表明,浸金药剂XY浸出过程稳定,对环境友好;非氰提金工艺较浮选法总回收率高5%,产品计价系数高30%以上,加工利润多100元/t·矿,经济效益好;非氰提金工艺避免了精矿难沉降的问题。推荐炭浆法非氰提金工艺。
This paper described gold extraction process experimental research situation of flotation method and non-cyanide carbon slurry method in developing refractory and arsenic gold ore in Yanjiawan, and compared them from product solutions, technical, economic and management aspects etc. The results show that XY is a kind of environmentally friendly gold leaching agent that can work stably in gold leaching process ; non-cyanide carbon slurry method can get a 5% higher gold recovery and a more than 30% higher pricing coefficient than flotation method, so that it can get better economic index with more than 100 yuan per ton; non-cyanide method can also avoid subsidence problem of gold concentrate. Non-cyanide carbon slurry method was recommended.
