摘要
在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,对含WO30.43%的江西某石英脉型钨矿进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,采用分级跳汰—跳汰尾矿浮选的工艺流程,黑白钨混合浮选的捕收剂采用CF和BK-410,可获得WO3品位28.86%、WO3回收率42.39%的跳钛精矿,以及WO3品位3.59%、WO3回收率30.07%的浮选精矿。
Based on the process mineralogical studies of the tungsten ore from Jiangxi, the beneficiation experiments of the ores are carried out,which contains 0.43% WO3 and in the type of quartz vein. The results show that with the process of classifying jigging-jigging tailings by flotation, CF and BK-410 are combined to use as collectors for tungsten ore in wolframite-scheelite bulk flotation, the jigging concentrate will be able to contain 28.86% WO3with a recovery rate of 42. 39% and the flotation concentrate 3.59% WO3with a recovery rate of 30. 07%.
