摘要
简要介绍了巴里选矿厂的生产工艺,并对新型无氰抑制剂FY02在锌硫分离中的应用进行选矿试验研究。结果表明,采用FY02作抑制剂,锌精矿锌品位46.72%、锌回收率94.64%,指标较好,可以取代氰化钠。
The beneficiation of Bali Plant was briefly reviewed in this paper. The mineral processing experiment was carried out to study the using of FYO2 in zinc-sulphur separation, the zinc grade and recovery of the concentrate was respectively 46.72% and 94. 64%. The result showed that the index was good, and as a new noncyanide sulphide ore inhibitor, FYO2 could completely replace sodium cyanide in the zinc-sulphur separation process.
