摘要
矿山开采过程中,矿石粗破碎、转运、筛分等流程产生大量粉尘,需设除尘器进行除尘。高效滤筒除尘器具有净化效率高、过滤面积大、除尘阻力小等优点,已广泛应用于水泥、钢铁、电力、食品、化工等领域。目前,滤筒除尘器处理矿山粉尘的研究和应用处于起步阶段。以国内某大型新建矿山除尘系统为例,研究滤筒除尘器在矿山除尘系统中的应用效果。
In the mining process, ore coarse crushing, transport, screening and other processes produce a large amount of dust, which need to set filter to remove. Efficient purification cartridge filter with high efficiency, large filtration area, small dust resistance, have been widely used in cement, steel, electricity, food, chemical and other fields. Currently, research and application of cartridge filter process in the mining process is few. In this paper, taking the dust removal system of a large domestic new mine as an example, cartridge filter application results in mine removal system are studied.
