摘要
通过对乳化炸药中低温敏化与高温敏化技术在生产过程的安全性、生产效率及产品的性能等方面进行分析比较,认为乳化炸药高温敏化具有本质安全性好、产能大、单位能耗低、产品性能稳定、机械化程度高等优点。高温敏化技术达到民爆行业技术进步指导意见的要求,符合行业发展的趋势,是一种国内先进的生产技术。
Compared with low-temperature sensitization, the high-temperature sensitization has more advantages in safety, product quality, production efficiency, energy consumption and mechanization level. High-temperature sensitization is a kind of advanced technology, which meets the requirement of the technology progress of civil explosive material, and the development trend of the industry.
