补肾活血方治疗黄体功能不良临床观察

Efficacy observation of Bushen Huoxue formula on luteal phase defect

目的:观察补肾活血方治疗黄体功能不良的临床疗效。方法:将72例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组36例予补肾活血方,并根据月经周期性给药方案化裁,共治疗3个月经周期;对照组仅予黄体酮胶囊口服,200 mg/次,2次/日,治疗3个月经周期。分别于治疗前及治疗后对患者进行基础体温测定(BBT)、孕酮(P)水平的测定。结果:两组治疗后BBT均有所改善;P水平均高于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:补肾活血方治疗黄体功能不良临床疗效优于单纯黄体酮治疗。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue formula on luteal phase defect （LPD）. Method： 72 cases of patients diagnosed as LPD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 36 cases of treatment group were treated with Bushen Huoxue decoction of TCM, and the formula was modified accord- ing to menstrual periodicity, for three menstrual cycles; while the control group was treated only with oral proges- terone capsules, 200 mg / time, 2 times / d, for three menstrual cycles. Basal body temperature（BBT） and level of progesterone（P） of patients were determined respectively before treatment and after treatment. Results： After treatment,BBT of both groups was improved, the levels of progesterone（P） of both groups were higher than before treatment, and the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions：The effect of Bushen Huoxue formula on LPD is significant.
