Meta analysis of modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction for treating hypertension

目的:以循证医学系统评价的方法 Meta分析为依据,系统评价补中益气汤加味治疗原发性高血压病的疗效及安全性。方法:检索万方数据库、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普资讯中文科技期刊数据库,选择补中益气汤治疗高血压病的随机对照试验研究,用Cochrane协作网提供的Rve Man5.2分析软件对纳入5篇随机对照试验文献进行Meta分析。结果:与常规西药组相比,补中益气汤中药组总体临床疗效明显优于单用西药。结论:补中益气汤联合西药常规治疗疗效优于对照组,受纳入文献质量和数量的限制,尚需要更多高质量大规模多中心的随机双盲对照研究加以验证。

Objective： According to meta analysis of systematic evaluation in evidence-based medicine, to e- valuate systematically the efficacy and safety of modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction of traditional Chinese medicine on essential hypertension. Methods： The Wanfang database and the databases for CNKI and VIP Chinese scientific and technical journals were retrived, so as to selecte the literatures on clinical randomized controlled trials （RCT） for treating hypertension by Buzhong Yiqi decoction of traditional Chinese medicine. Meta-analysis of 5 selected lit- eratures on RCT was made by RveManS. 2 analysis software from Cochrane Collaboration . Results ： Compared with group of conventional western medicine, the results of Meta-analysis showed that the treatment group in combination with Buzhong Yiqi decoction of traditional Chinese medicine was better than control group in improvement of total clinical effect and reduction of blood pressure level. Conclusion： The effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with conventional western medicine is better than that of simple conventional western medicine in control group. Because of the limitation of quality and quantity of selected literatures, more large-scale, high-qualitative and mul- ticentric studys on RCTs of double-blind need still to be verified further.
