摘要 行星排式混合动力汽车具备发动机与路载解耦的特点,在控制时需引入PI算法调节发动机转速。对一种双行星排式混合动力系统进行研究,以提高车辆燃油经济性为目标,搭建了基于发动机最优工作曲线的控制策略。通过分析发动机转速,发现在传统PI控制下,发动机速度不能良好地跟随,存在波动现象,影响了整车燃油经济性。鉴于模糊算法的优良特性,将模糊控制与传统PI算法结合,实现PI参数在线修正。基于Cruise与Simulink平台进行了联合仿真,结果表明,采用模糊PI控制后,发动机转速跟随及时,有效消除了波动,电机MG1工作点也更为集中地分布在高效区域内,整车油耗在原有的节油表现基础上又有了2.83%的提升。 Planetary gear hybrid electric vehicles have a distinct feature of decoupling engine from the road load. In the meantime the PI algorithm is necessarily introduced to adjust the engine speed. In order to improve the fuel economy, a control strategy was set up based on the engine optimal operation line for a dual-planetary hybrid system. Through analysis of the engine speed, the fluctuations in engine speed were found to affect the overall fuel economy. Considering the excellent features of fuzzy algorithm, the paper combined fuzzy control and traditional PI algorithm to realize the PI parameters on-line correction. Then the co-simulation was carried out based on the Cruise and Simulink platform. The simulation results show that, with the help and effectively eliminated.
