摘要
文章介绍了一种优化设计的印刷机电动式偏心轴承离合压机构,该机构利用伺服电机带动丝杠、四连杆机构和偏心套旋转,准确地实现了橡皮滚筒的离、合压动作。通过实验证明本机构能较大提高印刷品的压印均匀性和压印稳定性。
In this paper, the new design of mechanism by servo motor driven screw,four-bar linkage and eccentric moving,which accurate achieves the movement of separating rubber roller or pressing rubber roller。Experiments proved that print uniformity and print stability both improve better by using the new design of mechanism.
