高职院校顶岗实习现状分析

Analysis of Present Situation of Students of Vocational Colleges to Practice as Substituting Regular Employees in Enterprises

目前高职院校开展的顶岗实习中普遍存在缺乏必要培训与引导、管理体系不完善、企业无法深入参与教学、学生对顶岗实习适应性差等问题,要解决这些问题可以充分利用企业和学校两个主体的优势,不断完善学生顶岗实习管理机制,进而提高学生实习效果。

Presently, students of vocational colleges to practice as substituting regular employees in enterprises is extensively confronted with problems such as lack of necessary training and guidance, imperfect management system, enterprises unable to participate deeply in teaching, students not well adapted to their posts, etc. To solve these problems the advantages of enterprises and colleges can be given full play to persistently perfect the management system to improve the effect of practice of the students.
