从废旧锂电池中提纯回收Co_3O_4的工艺研究

摘要 研究从废旧锂电池中提纯回收Co_3O_4的工艺,该工艺按照预处理→硫酸浸出→浸出液除杂→分离萃取→沉钴的流程,采用SEM、ICP-AES和AAS对产物进行定性定量分析鉴定产物性能。结果表明:锂电池正极材料在碱液溶解、过滤、干燥后进行超声辅助硫酸浸出,用碳酸氢铵调浸出液pH=5去除Al^(3+),再加入Na_2S去除Cu^(2+)、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)等离子,用P507-磺化煤油做萃取液多次萃取分离Co和Li,然后将煮沸的富钴溶液与煮沸的NaOH溶液混合反应,再加入无水乙醇沉钴。滤渣须多次过滤洗涤至PH=7,真空干燥,焙烧即可得到回收率为97.53%,纯度为96.74%的Co_3O_4。 Co3O4 was purified and recycled from waste LIB. The process was carried out in accordance with the pretreatment-sulfuric acid leaching-extraction-sediment, SEM, ICP-AES and AAS were carried on the analysis of qualitative and quantitative of the product to express the characteristic. The results show that cathode materials for LIB was leached with sulfuric acid of ultrasound assisted in alkali dissolution, filtration, drying. The pH of the hydrochloric acid leaching solution was adjusted to 5 by ammonium bicarbonate solution to remove Al^3+, and NaES was added to remove Cu^2+. Ca^2+ Mg^2+. Co and Li was separated using organic phase composition of P507-sulfonated kerosene. Then the boiling rich cobalt solution and boiling NaOH solution mixed, and added absolute alcohol for precipitation of cobalt. The filter residue should be repeatedly washed to PH=7, then vacuum drying and roasting. According to the analysis , the purity of Co3O4 was 96.74%, the recovery rate of Co was 97.53%.
