摘要
目的:研究血府逐瘀胶囊对大鼠急性血栓抑制作用及机制。方法:将实验动物按体重随机分为假手术对照组、模型对照组、阳性药对照组及血府逐瘀高、中、低剂量组。预防给药7d后,用20%三氯化铁溶液外敷大鼠颈总动脉造成大鼠局部血栓模型,观察血府逐瘀胶囊对大鼠血栓形成及血栓烷B2(TXB2)、血小板-白细胞聚集体PLA、CD62P、血小板P-选择蛋白(GMP-140)、血栓弹力图(TEG)的影响。结果:血府逐瘀胶囊中、低剂量组可以明显减小大鼠颈总动脉形成的血栓的湿重(P<0.05,P<0.01),显著抑制PLA和CD62P表达(P<0.05,P<0.05),降低TXB2、GMP-140的含量(P<0.01),改善血栓弹力图(TEG)相关指标。结论:血府逐瘀胶囊具有抗血栓作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule on carotid artery thrombosis induced by FeCla in rats and its effect on the elasticity of the thrombus. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into sham operated group, model group, positive drup group, Xuefu Zhuyu high dose group, middle group, low group. 20 % ferric chloride solution made of rat carotid artery. The rat model of partial thrombosis was observed, and the thrombosis and Be (TXB2) of the rat were observed by the blood stasis capsule, Platelet leukocyte aggregates PLA, CD62P, platelet P-selective protein (GMP-140), blood clot (TEG) the impact. Results: The weight of Xuefu Zhuyu middle and low group were significantly decreased(P〈0. 05, P〈0.01), expression of PLA and CD were inhibited(P〈0. 05, P〈0. 05) ,TXB2, GMP-140 were decreased (P〈0. 01). Conclusion: Xuefu Zhuyu capsules has the function of anti thrombosis.
