药棒按摩内关穴改善胸痹患者生活质量32例

Stick Massage at the Neiguan Point Improve the Quality of Life of 32 Patients with Coronary Heart Disease(Thoracic Obstruction)

目的:探讨药棒按摩内关穴对胸痹患者生活质量的影响。方法:选择胸痹患者60例,随机分成试验组(32例)和对照组(28例),对照组按常规内科护理,试验组在常规护理的基础上进行药棒穴位按摩内关穴,比较两组患者干预前、后的NT-proBNP、改良Barthel指数(MBI)、生活质量评分(SF-36)。结果:试验组可改善患者的NT-proBNP,MBI评分及生活质量评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用药棒按摩内关穴可以改善胸痹患者的心功能,提高日常生活活动能力,改善生活质量。

Objective： Explore stick massage at the Neiguan acupoint improving the quality of life in patients with chest pain（ coronary heart disease）. Methods： 60 patients diagnosed with chest pain（ coronary heart disease） were randomly divided into test group（32 cases） and control group（28 cases）. The control group received routine medical care and nursing, while the test group received both routine medical care, nursing and stick massage at the Neiguan acupoint. The NT proBNP to evaluate the cardiac function, modified Barthel Index to evaluate the activity of daily life and SF36 to evaluate the quality of life were tested before and after the treatment in both group. Results： After treatment, the change of NT proBNP, improvement of MBI and SF-36 in test group were significantly better than those of control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Stick massage at the Neiguan acupoint carl improve the cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chest pain（coronary heart disease）.
