电力需求响应在部分试点城市实施情况调研分析

Study on the implementation of demand response in part of pilot cities

需求响应是电力需求侧管理工作中利用价格机制影响电力需求的时间和水平,去激发用户用电行为的改变,对于提高电网的稳定性和运行效率有着重要意义。需求响应的主要目的之一是促进市场激励机制的形成。通过对我国部分试点城市需求响应实施情况的调研,对比分析了可中断负荷补贴标准、配套政策以对现阶段我国促进需求响应项目实施提供借鉴。

By using of price mechanism, demand response af- fects time and level of actual power demand and excites the user behavior changes, as the core work of demand side management, which is very important to improve the stability and efficiency of power grid, so one of main purposes of introducing demand re- sponse is to build adaptable market incentive mode. In this study, investigation on the implementation of demand response in part of pilot cities is performed by comparative analysis, subsidies and supporting policies for interruptible load are further discussed, and finally research conclusions are expected to be as references for boosting demand response work at present stage in China.
