煤矿复杂条件巷道围岩松动圈支护原理与技术 被引量:2

摘要 煤矿复杂条件巷道开挖后围岩松动圈的产生不可避免。通过对大同矿区典型巷道松动圈发育规律现场实测及数值模拟研究,发现:复杂条件巷道围岩大松动圈普遍存在,且具有多阶段、不对称非均匀发育特征,据此提出了大松动圈巷道二次稳定支护原理与"三锚"支护技术,对破裂围岩施加高预紧力及高阻耦合让压特性锚杆是控制复杂应力条件巷道稳定性的有效手段。 The appearance of surrounding rock fracture zone is inevitable after mining roadways with complex conditions. By the field tests and numerical simulation for the fracture zone development rules of the typical roadw tong mine area, the result shows that roadways with complex conditions always have big size of fracture zone ays in Dawhich has the characteristics of multi-stage and asymmetry. Secondary stability supporting principle and tri-anchorage supporting technology for roadway with big size of fracture zone are proposed accordingly, controlling roadway stability with complex stress conditions can be efficiently improved by increasing preload and using high impedance coupling pressure characteristics of bolt for broken surrounding rock.
