浅谈晋华宫矿原煤车间3~#配电室电源进线柜改造

摘要 本文阐述了原煤车间低压690 V供电系统的组成,重点对3~#配电室双电源进线的改造方案进行描述,两路电源进线开关之间采用互锁逻辑,互为备用,避免同时送电引发供电系统短路的可能性。进线柜均采用智能综合保护系统,实时保护供电线路中突发的电气故障。3~#配电室双电源进线改造成功从根本上改善了3~#配电室各负载的运行环境,消除了外界电源故障对3~#配电室所有负载的影响,设备事故率大大降低,为完成煤炭生产、外运任务起到推动作用。 This paper introduces the composition of 690v low-voltage power supply system in raw coal workshop of Jinhuagong Mine, the reforming scheme of double power incoming line of 3# transformer room is mainly introduced, the interlock logic and reserving to each other are used between the two power incoming line switch to avoid the possibility of short circuit of power supply system caused by power transmission at the same time. The incoming line arks use the intelligent integrated protection system, it provides real time protection from the sudden electrical fault of the power supply circuit. The successful reform of double power incoming line of 3# transformer room radically improves the load running environment, eliminates the influence of the power failure for all loads, equipment accident rate is greatly reduced,and the coal production and outbound task are promoted.
