摘要
本文以某煤矿81307综放面切眼为研究对象,分析了该切眼施工中存在的难点及问题。同时,提出了"螺纹钢锚杆+钢筋骨架网+锚索"联合支护的控制对策,并制定了其具体支护参数和措施。井下对81307综放面切眼支护试验结果表明,该支护系统对厚煤层大断面切眼的控制效果显著,增强了切眼服务期间的稳定性,为该矿类似条件切眼支护提供了技术依据。
In this paper, the cut hole of a coal mine 81307 fully-mechanized face as the research object, the difficulties and problems during the construction of the cut hole are analyzed.At the same time, "screw-thread steel bolt+steel skeleton network+anchor cable" combined supporting control countermeasures are proposed, and the concrete supporting parameters and measures are given. The result shows that the supporting system has the remarkable effect for big section cut hole of thick coal seam, the stability of cut hole during the period of service is improved, it provides the technical basis for the cut hole supporting with the similar conditions.
