粉煤灰加湿输送装置的研制

Development of Humidifying Conveyer of Fly Ash

作者针对清洁生产与环境保护的要求,借鉴LS螺旋输送机原理,研制了一套具备搅拌、输送、加湿功能的设备,本文主要介绍了研制过程和具体的研究内容。这套设备的研发应用,有效降低了粉末废弃物料排放过程中的二次扬尘污染,对改善工作环境,减少粉尘排放效果显著。

For the requirements of cleaner production and environmental protection, by using the principles of LS helix conveyor for reference, a set of the equipments with the mixing, transporting, humidifying function are developed, this article mainly introduces the development process and the specific research content. The research and application of the equipments effectively reduce tile secondary dust pollution in the process of waste powder material emission, they have remarkable effect to improve the working environment and reduce dust emission .
