摘要
同煤广发60万吨/年甲醇项目中由于采用了合成气循环利用技术,因此造成了惰性气体在系统中的大量累积,不仅影响反应速率,降低催化合成效率,同时也增大合成压缩机能耗高的问题。通过分析计算,采用增加一组膜分离法改进氢回收装置,降低了能耗,提高了粗甲醇含量。
The vast inert gas 600000 t/a methanol project of G is accumulated in the system because of using synthesis gas recycling technology in the uangfa Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. of Datong Coal Mine Group, it not only affects the reaction rate and reduces the efficiency of catalytic synthesis, but also increases the energy consumption of synthetic compressor. Improving hydrogen recovery device that increasing membrane separation method reduces the energy consumption and improves the crude methanol content by analysis and calculation.
